By accessing or using ChannelOrbit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the service.
These terms define how ChannelOrbit can be used and what responsibilities apply to each account.

ChannelOrbit is a SaaS platform providing AI-powered YouTube analytics, including niche content discovery, comment analysis, and channel ideation. The service is accessible at channelorbit.online.
Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Only one account per person is permitted.
ChannelOrbit offers the following plans: Free (limited features), Starter (€20/month or €192/year), and Pro (€50/month or €480/year). Annual plans include a 20% discount compared to monthly billing. Prices may change with 30 days prior notice. All prices include applicable taxes.
New users receive a 2-day free trial with access to paid features. No credit card is required. At the end of the trial period, access reverts to the free plan unless a paid subscription is purchased.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Monthly subscriptions are billed on the same date each month. Annual subscriptions are billed once per year on the anniversary of the subscription start date. All payments are processed in EUR (€).
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for partial periods. In the event that ChannelOrbit permanently discontinues the service, users with active annual subscriptions will be refunded for remaining unused months on a prorated basis.
In accordance with French consumer law (Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code), by purchasing a subscription and checking the acknowledgment box during checkout, you expressly agree that the service begins immediately and you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal. This waiver is valid because: (a) the service is accessible immediately after payment, (b) a free trial period allows you to test the service before any purchase, and (c) you actively acknowledge this waiver during the checkout process.
You may not: reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform; use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes; attempt to access other users’ data or accounts; resell or redistribute access without prior written authorization; use automated bots or scripts to scrape data from the platform; or violate YouTube’s Terms of Service through the use of ChannelOrbit.
All content, source code, design, trademarks, and branding of ChannelOrbit are the exclusive property of ChannelOrbit. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent. User data uploaded to or generated within the platform remains the property of the respective user.
ChannelOrbit is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability or the accuracy of AI-generated insights and analytics. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid to ChannelOrbit in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business decisions made based on the platform’s analytics.
We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy available at /privacy.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. You will be notified of material changes at least 30 days in advance via the email address associated with your account. Continued use of the service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with French law. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or the use of ChannelOrbit shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
